Construction Project

It is not always possible for the parties to reach an agreement on a construction project. The contract makes provision for this and will generally set out how differences are to be resolved. Several alternatives are depending upon the contract, for example, Arbitration, Adjudication. These processes are meant to negate the requirement for full legal proceedings if possible, thus saving both time and money. Suvarna Consultancy has wide experience in Dispute Resolution procedures, we can represent either the referring or the responding party and should matter require full legal proceedings we can act as an expert witness.
